The protest deadline is typically May 15th, after that date the district will schedule us for your hearing though out the next months. Therefore, we should have a Final Board Order to you no later than July.
Value Notices are mailed only if the district raises the value or if there is a deed change. Should the district decide to “roll” your value from one year to the next, you will not receive a Value Notice. However, it is still recommended to file a protest due to market variation.
