Step 1: Review Your Annual Notice of Appraised Value
Our team of consultants will review your value notice and answer any questions you may have and offer any advice regarding filing a protest or assistance with applying for an exemption if needed.
Step 2: Protest and Property Analysis Appeal Packet Preparation
We file the protest timely with the district, await a hearing date and begin preparation for the hearing by gathering district evidence and performing equity and market analysis of your property.
Step 3: Hearing and Final Steps
We appear at the hearing on your behalf and present our case to negotiate a reduction in value. Please keep in mind that the district makes the final decision based on the evidence provided and therefore we cannot guarantee a reduction. Once the hearing is concluded, we then send you a Final Board Order that outlines the conclusion of values. Thus, making this our final step.
